Returns

  • Lifewear Products warrants all products against defects in workmanship and materials. We provide a 30-day Money Back return policy for all items in our inventory. For defective items after 30 days, the responsibility of Lifewear Products under this warranty is limited to referral to the appropriate manufacturer so a warranty claim may be made by the customer directly. Every effort is made to ensure that all orders are picked correctly and shipped according to our customer?s purchase order, in good condition.
  • Freight logistics are coordinated with the selected and authorized freight carriers. It is the customer?s responsibility to inspect the condition and count of all products received.
  • In the event that there are any issues with the shipment received, the customer must notify the freight carrier driver or delivery person immediately, and document the issues with the shipment on the freight carrier's copy of the Bill of Lading BEFORE signing the Bill to take receipt of the shipment. The customer should then report the problem to Lifewear Product?s customer service representative by email at customerservice@lifewearproducts.com or contact us at 1-888-878-0048.
  • After the customer signs the freight carrier's copy of the Bill of Lading to acknowledge receipt of goods in good condition and correct quantities the ownership of goods is officially transferred from freight carrier to customer. No claims for damage or shortage in shipments will be received or processed by Lifewear Products or the freight carrier, after the customer signs the Bill of Lading and/or Proof of Delivery.
  • We will accept a return of an item if we shipped in error or it is defective for exchange or credit. Customer will not be charged freight on returns that are the result of Lifewear Products shipping the wrong products or defective material. Unless shipped in error by Lifewear Products return shipping costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer. A discretionary return on customer?s part, customer error or overstock at customer facility means the customer will be responsible for pre-paying freight charges unless Lifewear Products issues call tags or a bill of lading. (Freight charges will then be deducted from the credit amount). Customer?s discretionary returns are subject to a restocking fee (see below).
  • Authorization and a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number are required for all returns. Please contact Lifewear Products for the RGA number, which will be valid for 30 days after being issued. Any return after the 30 day period has expired is not authorized and will not be issued a credit. You can receive your RGA number simply by calling our customer service phone number 1-888-878-0048 between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. CST Monday to Friday.
  • All return items must be in a new, unused, originally sealed, and re-sellable condition to qualify for this policy. If items are returned within 30 days of invoice placement in new, unused, originally sealed and re-sellable condition, with all original shipping materials and packaging, the customer will be issued a full refund for the purchase price of the returned items. Refunds will not be issued for items returned after 30 days from order reception.
  • If an order shipment is refused for delivery by the customer, Lifewear Products will deduct $10.95 for shipping and a 3% credit card processing fee from the return credit that is issued.
  • If any item has been opened or used and is defective, Lifewear Products will replace the item with like product from inventory immediately and Lifewear Products will pay for the return freight of the defective item via a call tag for return shipment - a refund is not available.
  • We will not refund any shipping charges that were incurred. If the order received free shipping and was over $99 a $10.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. A 3% transaction fee will be assessed for order cancellation requests, after an order number has been issued.
  • Lifewear Products reserves the right to cancel any order that has or has not been fulfilled for a period of 30 days after the initial payment has been made, if there was a pricing error. Lifewear Products can therefore choose to cancel any order that has not been correctly priced due to error. In the event that a pricing error occurs, the customer will be charged the correct price less the amount already paid for the respective order, on the day that the error is discovered. If the customer would rather return the order rather than pay the correct sales price, Lifewear Products will pay for the return freight of the items that were not priced correctly at the time of purchase, and refund the customer for the incorrectly priced merchandise.
